Can I see the bag before I order?

Yes, you can order a stock unit and we'll refund you once you place the order. During the order, we will send you a branded sample for sign-off before we produce your order. 

What's the minimum order quantity

Our minimum for stock orders is 48 units. If you'd like to customize any part of the product, our minimum quantity for customizations is 800 units. 

What if the order arrives damaged or isn't what we expected?

Every order is covered by our product quality guarantee. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it. All custom orders are final sale, but we will provide you a sample before we move to production so you can be sure of what you will be receiving. 

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses within the United States or Canada. Simply let us know at the beginning of the order so that we can plan  and package the bags accordingly. 

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes! We can pack the order custom depending on your requirements. If this order is going to multiple clients, we can pack them using custom branded packaging and ship them to the clients as necessary.
